No Refunds ONLY Exchanges.

Please be patient with the orders. No contacting 2-3 times about your order (once the order was just placed).. Simply because beauty, our custom Lashes & Lash Clusters. are made per-order. Processing takes 3-4 days. 1-4 Days Shipping.
It can be longer due to high volume orders. However you will receive an email when your ordered is shipped out.
Please make sure your name, address, phone number and email address is CORRECT  before placing an order. 
Please keep in mind, Custom Boxes do run out. You will receive a pink or black lash box until restocked.
